Board
of Trustrees
The Board of Trustees is the governing
agency for McCurdy Schools of Northern New Mexico and is responsible
for the following purposes:
•To administer the affairs of the
McCurdy School.
•To oversee the McCurdy Schools Foundation.
•To establish and maintain facilities for education
in an environment which by precept and example demonstrates
a better life through the practice of the Christian faith.
•To participate, insofar as circumstances may warrant,
in any activity designed and carried on to promote the general
welfare of the communities in the area.
•To provide the best education possible at tuition
rates which achieve a balance betweenthe financial needs
of the institution and the ability to pay.
•To assist and cooperate with the local communities
in promoting high standards ineducational services.
•To set by instruction and example high standards
of academic achievement and moral living, and to assist
students in developing a meaningful Christian life.
The Board of Trustees has from
7-13 members, and a majority of the elected members are residents
of either the County of Santa Fe, Rio Arriba or Los Alamos,
in the State of New Mexico.
