I am the Math, Pre-Algeba and 7th grade Religion teacher at the Middle School. This is my 6th year as a middle school teacher at McCurdy and I come to McCurdy with 27.5 years of experience. I have worked in the Espanola Public School and Pojoaque School Districts. My teaching experience has been at the fifth, sixth and seventh grade levels. I was a mentor teacher through the Math and Science Academy at Espanola Middle School East, and was trained in the Baldridge System. I implement many of the strategies in my classroom that I learned in both programs. I am a native of Espanola, graduated from Espanola High School and received my teaching degree from the University of New Mexico. | | |
